Anti-allergy bedsheets
If you are struggling with allergies and are allergic to dust mites, for example, you should definitely buy a bed sheet with appropriate anti-allergic properties. In particular, bed sheets made of silk are very suitable here, as they are naturally mite-free. Regular cleaning is also very important. This should be done at a minimum of 60°, so that a bed sheet that is only washable up to 30° is not an option for allergy sufferers.

Object-suitable bed sheets
If you want to use the model in a guesthouse or hotel, you should attach great importance to robustness and uncomplicated cleaning. Special hotel bedclothes are usually very thick (around 150g/m2) and can be washed in the cooking linen. Clamping bed sheets are not recommended here, as the rubber or elastane elements are a weak point here when a very frequent cleaning is carried out.
Materials
When choosing the material, you are spoilt for choice. The following is a quick overview of the most common materials. In general, as you come into direct contact with the skin with the product, you should always make sure that appropriate seals such as the Eco-Tex or the "Textile Confidence" seal are available.
Cotton
The natural fibre remains smooth for a long time and has a pleasant cooling effect in summer. Allergies are almost excluded (unless pesticide residues are present in the material). Jersey and beaver bedding has similar characteristics, but is usually slightly more expensive compared to cotton.
Silk
This is a natural substance that is particularly suitable for summer, as it has cooling properties. Even allergy sufferers can use silk very well due to the natural anti-mite property.
Linen
The coarse-fibrous natural material creases very easily and forms wrinkles, some of which are difficult to iron out again. From an optical point of view, it is therefore somewhat disadvantageous, but it has cooling properties and if you opt for a clamping bed sheet, the wrinkle formation does not have such a strong effect.
Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fibre that is very easy to care for and easy to clean. If you are prone to heavy sweating, polyester is excellent for counteracting sweating.
